Overview

After IBM acquired urban{code}, I built out built out the developer microsite where customers can see updates, download new plugins, and join the IBM UrbanCode Community. As of today, the microsite is no longer active as UrbanCode was sold off to HCL.

I worked closely with a team helping other products develop their own microsite as I was representing the new devision UrbanCode fell into.

The microsite was built using PHP and WordPress. I created simple templates such that the marketing team can easily update content while other parts, such as displaying updated plugins remained a manual process.

This was the first full website I built from the ground up and iterating the design with our designers. We launched the site in about two months.
